Happy PI Day

Today when I was trying to google I was happy to see another new logo by google. I always enjoying the funny google symbol of google. But today It was the best and cheered me a lot. I understood the meaning by looking at the picture and thought may be this day PI had been invented. But I was wrong and when I read more about just laughed at my self. Well I am not a mathematician but I believe that everything in this universe is connected by some mathematical formula. I just love this country how they bring science before common man in a simplistic way.Just copied some stuff from pi site here....

Celebrate Pi Day!

Pi, Greek letter (π), is the symbol for the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter. Pi Day is celebrated by math enthusiasts around the world on March 14th. Pi = 3.1415926535…

With the use of computers, Pi has been calculated to over 1 trillion digits past the decimal. Pi is an irrational and transcendental number meaning it will continue infinitely without repeating. The symbol for pi was first used in 1706 by William Jones, but was popular after it was adopted by the Swiss mathematician Leonhard Euler in 1737. Learn more about Pi.

Wish your friends a Happy Pi Day

Winter Olympic From Vancouver (www.vancouver2010.com)

Could not just stop my feeling without penning down tonight....! These days I hardly get time to blog. If not project keeping me busy then my little angle is ready to keep daddy crawling to cleaning her poops and changing diaper. Last time during summer Olympic we were at Boston and enjoying and sharing the proud of local teens victory in gymnastic. This time today Naperville's Evan Lysacek bests Russia's Evgeni Plushenkofrom winning Olympic Gold. All local TV channels flooded with his hard work and dedication with pride. And me too....why not; at this moment I am local to Chicago Suburbs. I love Olympic games to watch and this winter Olympic is special for me, never know when would I have all these coincidence to pump up my inner joy.

Little would know one billion people what is going on at Vancouver! When the game goes people would either be sleeping or struggling or shouting at 2 feet plus bat on TV or else where. Aaaa..what a disgusting game...I hate, well before beaten by anyone let me stop my hatred. Jai Ho Tendla! Jai Ho sixers!!

Only two people participated in this winter Olympic from India. I was watching the inaugural ceremony. CNBC commentry said : One billion people two representative. I was not shocked at all. When in Summer olympic itself hardly hand count people participates let alone at winter. People can not run in summer let alone in sub zero. CNBC could have put words in better way. Well who cares. Snow storm is still hovering in Vancouver and Mercury is spilling over in Kolkata/Chennai.

One good news I heard few days back is that soon Cricket will the there in Olympic too. So next time at least if not in winter Olympic, in Summer olympic we will add up two full hand head count. Beware CNBC, we will come to winter too sooner....
