

Dear Friends I am happy to know that our Honorable Health Minister is favouring Yoga guru Ramdev and also trying to include yoga in school curriculum. Thanks, it will help to build descipline and character among budding citizens.No need to give introduction about baba Ramdev and about yoga. World knows both. I personally believe him as my Yoga Guru though I see him only in videos. Today I would like to share my personal experience of Yoga and Exercise.
I have been doing yoga and exercicse since my childhood days. I do it to stay fit and healthy and same time I hate to visit doctor. Thanks to our ancient culture discovering this. We often forget our own values. Yoga no only keeps my body flexible but same time keeps away from back pain,stress and stain in day to day life. I normally prefer to pratice in the morning. First I do streaching exercise and go for 2 mile jogging and brisk walking. Then come back and do yoga and in end, prnayam. Pranayam helps relaxing my mind and keeping my thoughts clear. It is all about controlling breathing. I believe if ones body is not fit and healthy then pranayam effectiveness is very less. So keep your body physically fit first by doing yoga and exercise. It is my personal experience. By this I keep my metabolic and digestive system under control. As our Ayurvadeic doctor says : Cough and "Pita"(dont know in English)is the root cause of all deseases. If ones bowl movement is in proper order chances of common deseases are very less.
I do not feel to write much as all of us know its benefit. But I request all of you please spend some time doing yoga and exercise, at least twice in a week also good. Remember HEALTH IS WEALTH. You might be a billionaire but a unhelathy body and stressful mind is worth more than billion dollar in debt. When we are young our body manages to protect against deceases. But as we grow older not ever more than 30years old ,body starts to deteriorate. To prevent this happening if we do yoga and exercise, it will give much benefit as years go by. It helps to keep us young and fresh always. Who does not want to be young for ever !!!!!
